Our CEO, Jennifer Sherman, is a renowned leader in the behavioral health recruitment and staffing space. With a background that includes roles as a Physician Recruiter at BeIDT Health and A-1 Healthcare Staffing, Jennifer has also been recognized for her entrepreneurial spirit and community involvement.
Jennifer Sherman holds an MBA from Cleveland State University and resides in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Her personal journey, which includes overcoming challenges as an at-risk youth, being in foster care, and entering the criminal system as a juvenile, has driven her passion for helping others. Despite these challenges, she became a mother at age 15 and has since built an impressive career as a businesswoman.
In 2014, Jennifer founded a 7-figure boutique behavioral health recruitment and staffing agency, and in 2021, she established Braylon Health as a private practice in behavioral health. As the CEO of Braylon Health, Jennifer plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day leadership and direction of the company, adding value to various clients and organizations through her commitment.
Jennifer Sherman is an active and dedicated advocate for youth diversion and intervention programs. Inspired by a personal experience involving an immediate family member, she founded a non-profit organization in 2024. This non-profit aims to provide positive influence, inventions, and educational resources to promote emotional and social intelligence for at-risk youth and families.
Jennifer is passionate about helping others improve their quality of life, as she has done herself. She believes in fighting for the things she believes in and is on a personal mission to provide support services for at-risk youth, families, and individuals in need of behavioral health and/or substance abuse treatment.

- QBHS professionals at Braylon Health are certified to assist in various aspects of mental health care, including support services and counseling under the supervision of licensed therapists.
