Our Clinical Director Position

Role Overview:

As the Clinical Director, you will oversee clinical services and staff supervision, collaborating with therapists, medical professionals, and support staff. Your pivotal role involves:

• Managing clinical staff, evaluating performance, and providing supervision and support.
• Reviewing and approving progress notes, ensuring quality service delivery.
• Providing crisis support and maintaining a high level of clinical expertise.
• Managing the clinical program, ensuring compliance, and fostering evidence-based practices.
• Participating in the agency’s management team, coordinating with external partners, and conducting team meetings.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Valid Ohio clinical license (LISW-S, LPCC-S, LMFT, Psy'D or MD required).
• 3+ years of Behavioral Health experience; supervisory and leadership experience preferred.

• Competitive compensation up to $100K annually based on experience.
• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for New Full-Time Employees after 60 days, $2,500 for Part-Time.

• Flexible schedule (hybrid work option: 3 days per week in-office for full-time employees).

Qualifications and Schedule:

• Supervising and leadership experience preferred (2+ year).
• Full-time position with a Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm schedule, 
• No weekends.
