Position Title: Medical Biller - Behavioral Health Organization

Location: Cleveland, Ohio (11201 Shaker Blvd, 44104 Ste. #200)

Salary: Up to $52,000 annually based on experience

We're seeking a skilled Medical Biller to join our administrative team and assist in processing patient billing information. As a crucial member, you'll handle various billing tasks, utilizing your data analysis skills and judgment to support our patients through the billing process.

• Generate revenue by managing payment arrangements and monitoring delinquent accounts.
• Collaborate with patients to establish payment plans and follow up on payment deadlines.
• Utilize legal remedies when necessary to collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain Medicare bad-debt cost report and ensure employee care payments are secured.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in multitasking and time management.
• Solid understanding of billing software and electronic medical records.
• Previous experience as a Medical Biller or in a similar role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Job Types: Contract, Part-time, Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm

• Salary: Up to $52,000 per year
