Overview: Braylon Health is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Assessors to join our dynamic team. As a Mental Health Assessor, you will be at the forefront, providing crucial support for Community Family Support Services clients. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to set your working hours, enabling you to conduct assessments on an as-needed basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial history and mental health assessments for timely diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Complete necessary paperwork, including treatment plans, within 48 hours of assessment completion.
- Collaborate with mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and meet OHMAS access to care requirements.
- Use your expertise to provide psycho-diagnostic assessments, psychotherapy, and case management services.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and counseling sessions
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills in mental health assessments and services.

Qualifications:
- Ohio Mental Health license or Master’s degree in relevant field.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish speaking skills preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting (telehealth and in-person appointments).
- Availability during office hours and willingness to attend to crises, if required.
