Your Role at Braylon Health:
As a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional, you'll be part of a caring team responsible for providing standardized counseling and talk therapy to clients with mild to moderate mental health conditions or substance abuse challenges. Additionally, you'll address clients' social needs and coordinate specialty care referrals when required.
Compensation:
- Pay: $73,000 - $120,000; based on license and caseload
- Bonus: Performance-based and sign-on bonus of $3,000 (full-time) or $1,500 (part-time) after 60 days of employment
Position Requirements:
- Hold a valid Ohio State Counseling and Social Worker Board license (LPCC, LISW, LSW, LPC, LMFT, LIMFT, Ph.D., PsyD, or similar credentials).
- Exhibit excellent communication, teamwork, flexibility, and confidentiality in handling client needs.
- Adhere to our Clinical Practice Guidelines and company policies while maintaining ethical conduct and professionalism.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting assessments, counseling sessions and crisis interventions for various concerns (e.g., addiction, family issues, stress management).
- Facilitating Mental Health therapy groups
- Collaborating with clients and families to create and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring continuity of care through regular communication.
- Engaging in educational programs focused on enhancing clients' life skills and mental health.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in emotional and social development principles and diagnostic classification of mental disorders.
- Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and professional conduct principles in mental health care.
- Knowledgeable in HIPAA, privacy regulations, and ICANOTES EMR use.
